Apply for an Open Place
There are 300 spaces reserved for open place applicants, plus any spaces not used by yearly meetings.
Please note: In order to attend as an open place delegate, you must be 18 years of age or older at the start of the Conference, and must be in membership of the Religious Society of Friends. The only exception is Young Adult Friends between the ages of 18 and 35. If you fall into this category, and you are not in membership, you will be asked to supply a letter of endorsement from your Yearly Meeting or Church detailing your active involvement with Friends.
Application forms are available from the FWCC World Office or you may fill in the online form.

Due to the lack of accessible infrastructure at this venue, we regret that we are unable to meet the physical needs of delegates with severe mobility impairments. The accommodation, conference centre and other areas of the University are not wheelchair accessible. It is with utmost concern for the safety and comfort of people who depend on wheelchairs for mobility that we say we cannot meet your physical needs at this conference.
